David Packard Medal of Achievement

Honor & Heritage

TechAmerica is proud to present the David Packard Medal of Achievement.  We do so with the pride of the past and the hope of the future.  David Packard played a major role in establishing technology as the industry for growth and change in our country.  He also helped build an association of technology companies who have evolved into what is now TechAmerica.

About the TechAmerica Innovator Awards & Benefit

The 50th Annual TechAmerica Innovator Awards honors the innovators of technology.  Since 1959 the TechAmerica Innovator Awards and Benefit has featured our highest honor, the David Packard Medal of Achievement, to honor significant lifetime contributors and pioneers of the high-tech industry. Innovator Awards are also bestowed upon eight innovators representing different industry segments. Every year the recipients of both the David Packard Medal of Achievement and Innovator Awards are selected from the TechAmerica membership, and honored at the TechAmerica Innovator Awards Showcase Reception and Dinner. It is TechAmerica’s privilege to offer these prestigious awards honoring our industry’s luminaries, and ensure the development of future innovators through the Benefit for the TechAmerica Foundation.
